Do you look after pets other than cats?
Although cat sitting is where our expertise lie, our love for animals stretches far beyond! We have experience looking after house rabbits, small dogs, non-exotic fish and even chinchillas! Get in touch to see if we are able to help you.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a drop-in, long stay or overnight cat sitting appointment for any reason, please let us know no less than 48 hours before the first visit. If you chose to cancel less than 48 hours before a booking is due to start, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
What locations do you serve?
We are based in Sutton and serve to the following post codes: SM1, SM2, SM3, SM4 and SM5. If your home doesn't fall under these post codes, but you are still keen for us to look after your pet, please drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do for you.
What are your payment arrangements?
Payment is required at the start of each cat sitting booking. We will invoice you after your preliminary meeting and once we have confirmed dates and the finer details. Bank transfer is our preferred payment method, but you are welcome to pay in cash if that is easier for you.
